Double sided relationship between the higher self and the lower self depicts how do you forgive those that hurt you on the journey to becoming the best version of yourself.

On the road to recovering to mental well-being, trying to find my space in the world, I found little friendship, minimal familial support, and an untrustworthy romantic relationship.

Allowing to rise up was seemingly prohibited 🚫 unless I conformed. Bless the Lord, or Trust the Goddess. An ultimate decision leading to re-membering who I am on the journey to becoming.

The sketch is representational of the softness of forgiving "them" who loves conditionally. She weeps near te fridge because she knows there's something truly transformative but uncertain how to attain.

Acceptance from people is magical when one accepts that you can forgive forget and move forward.

Research journaling and inking images of therapeutic plants with an aroma distilled. A few plants appeal to my sense olyet the blending and curing of these particular essential oils induce zeal sensual tranquility.

The active constituents invoking a scenario for spirit arousal peacefully.

The cosmos in a flower flowing from replenishment of water, breaking ground to grow, and basking in growth thru light nourishment. The wind carries the scents to its community offering their humbling whole self.

After being sick the past couple days, finally feeling better. It was nice to get out yesterday and being greeted by nature's yellow birds. I thought I'd share a short video and remind us all that slowing down and taking it easy is essential in self-care.
