🏴‍☠️💰 TREASURE COUNTDOWN: 25 DAYS TO GO! 💰🏴‍☠️

Avast, ye scallywags! In just 25 days, ye'll have the honor—and perhaps the good fortune—of sharing in our Pirate's Treasure Chest Raffle! ☠️

So start gathering yer doubloons ($$$) and prepare to take home one of THREE TREASURED PRIZES!

No, there be no actual gold bars or sparkling jewels in our treasure chest...but there just might be something that could BUY ye some precious jewelry! 💎😉

When ye arrive at our pirate show, keep a sharp eye on the lobby. Several lovely (and possibly slightly dangerous) Lady Pirates will be guarding the b***y!

🏴‍☠️ 50/50 "Pirate's Treasure" — A treasure worth taking a chance on!

🎣 "Fisherman's Plunder" Lottery Wreath — Because sometimes the best catch comes with a scratch-off!

🍫🍷 "Treasure of the Sea" Chocolate & Fruit of the Vine Basket — A bounty fit for a captain with a sweet tooth!

Bring yer coins, bring yer cash, and don't be a stingy landlubber! You can't win the b***y if ye don't enter the raffle! 😂

25 DAYS until the treasure is claimed...

Who will sail away with the loot? ⚓💰🏴‍☠️

Stay tuned for more from our TREASURE COUNTDOWN!

☠️ X marks the spot...and November 8th be the day! ☠️

⚓️ Sunday, November 8, 2026 at 3:00 PM
📍 Fremont High School Auditorium — Fremont, Indiana

What could possibly go wrong when A Ca****la Magic Chorus sets sail on a pirate-themed 3-hour cruise?
Well… apparently, just about everything! 😂

Some of our crew get lost. 🗺️

Some discover mysterious berries with a rather… swashbuckling effect! 🫐🏴‍☠️

And somewhere along the way, there’s TREASURE to be found! 💰💎

Misfortune abounds as our motley crew tries to sort out the details of this musical tropical adventure. Along the way, you'll enjoy the music of four fabulous quartets, plenty of laughs, and—if we're lucky—a successful return to port! 🎶⚓️

And don't forget to stop in the lobby before the show! Our pirate crew will have RAFFLE BASKETS waiting for you. Bring your doubloons and take a chance at carrying home the BIG TREASURE CHEST! 🏴‍☠️💰

🎟️ Tickets:
💰 $15 — Presale from any chorus member
💰 $20 — At the door
🎓 $5 — Students

So, gather your crew, mark your map, and prepare for an afternoon of TREASURE, TROUBLE & TUNES!

🏴‍☠️ Freedom is the life of a pirate… but apparently, so is getting into trouble! 😂

🎶 When three A Ca****la Magic ladies step into an elevator… and step out with a little jazz magic! 💙🎷

We had the pleasure of meeting the fabulous jazz musician Alicia Renee, AKA “Blue Eyes,” between floors! You never know who you’ll meet when you’re riding with A Ca****la Magic! 🎤✨

Check out her page/website and, if you're ever in New Orleans, look up her many performances!

🎶 8 A Ca****la Magic ladies + 1 weekend + a whole lot of harmony = FUN! 🎶

We headed to Toledo, Ohio, for the Region 17 Fall Harmony Workshop and had a blast! From Kimberly Newcomb’s inspiring “Barbershop: The World’s Best Kept Secret—But Why?” to breakout classes on Social Media 101 and other tools to help us grow, there was something for everyone.

🎤 New Q had their very first coaching session with Michael Hengelsberg!
👑 Our dual Pride of Toledo members Betsy, Cindy & Carolyn got coached by Kimberly and it was amazing to witness how the changes she suggested translated into vocal improvement for the chorus. That's what coaching is all about!!
📖 And Casandra learned to do some sight-reading—even though she doesn't read music! Now THAT deserves an applause! 👏😂

A few of us met a jazz musician who was also leading a workshop in Toledo at the performing arts high school. More on her later this week. You just never know who you'll bump into at a barbershop event.

Best of all, it was close to home, so we didn't have to pack a suitcase full of snacks just to get there. 😉 A great weekend of learning, singing, laughing, and making new memories! ❤️🎶
