High Voltage R/C Speedway

Super proud of our High Voltage racers attending the Ovalmasters this year.

I know some of you didn’t or won’t achieve the results that you had hoped for but know that I’m super proud of you for working as hard as you have this weekend. This isn’t easy and attending an event at a track you e never raced at is even more difficult. You didn’t give up, you didn’t throw in the towel when the going got tough, you worked thru it and kept at it, that’s what winners are made of.

Thank you all for representing High Voltage RC the way you have.

Good luck in your mains tomorrow.

Look for holiday hustle class announcements next week following oval masters. I’d like to take the time to analyze the turnout for oval Masters to determine what classes will run of the nationally recognized tour, pancar classes. Local classes like 5.0 breakout Losi NASCAR, Losi latemodel will certainly be offered.

Stay tuned

Some words for those headed to Ovalmasters this weekend.

For many of you this will be your first out of town race. Go into it with an open mind and manage your expectations. For many of you you will do great, and for my number of reasons some of you may struggle. Keep your heads up, don’t let the bad out weigh the good. Watch, listen, learn.

On the race track remember, it’s better to lift than to be wrecked. There are 3 qualifying rounds to position yourself for the main, drive smart, let faster racers thru without holding them up, talk on the stand, when it’s your time to be the faster racer you’ll get the same respect.

Most of all remember it’s supposed to be fun.

Good luck!

A fun day of racing yesterday

Oval was a little late, but that’s probably due to running Friday night and Oma’s coming up but we had a full field of off-road on a Saturday, which is fantastic thank y’all for coming and supporting the track. It was great to have stadium trucks returned to the track..

This week we race Monday night and Wednesday night we will be closed next Friday and Saturday as many folks are attending oval masters

Thank you all for the support of the track and we look forward to have another great week next week

Here are our winners from Saturday
