Back at it for the first time after a long hiatus due to our move, building the new studio, and then a pinched nerve in my neck I caused by doing yard work (😩). Starting small to get my mojo back, but it feels so good. I have a game plan all laid out for pottery projects for the rest of the week.

You can’t make an omelet without breaking a few eggs. Finally, Duke Energy ran power lines to the studio. It may be a week before power is connected, but at least we’re one step closer. Maybe someday we’ll install power to the red storage building we call the barn, since a meter box is so close. 🤪

Passed first building inspection today! Now to wait for Duke Energy to run underground power to the studio. Unfortunately, that may take a few weeks. Thinking about changing that side door to a light Robin’s Egg Blue, with the black trim. What do you think?
