While entry fees are necessary to support the production of the pageant and the opportunities we provide, we also recognize that there are individuals who have the passion and potential to compete—but may not have the financial means to do so.

We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to compete, even those who may not be financially capable.

For the first time ever, we are proud to introduce our Economic Hardship Program.

A message from our Director, :

When I became State Director, I made a promise to expand this program and reach every corner of Alaska. For the first time ever, the Miss Alaska USA organization will help cover airfare so distance is no longer a barrier to competing for the crown. 👑✈️

**AIRFARE WAIVER**

We want contestants from ALL parts of Alaska to have the opportunity to compete for Miss Alaska USA. Because many contestants must fly in to Anchorage, we are offering an Airfare Credit Program to help make participation more accessible.

This program is designed to help contestants from across Alaska participate — and we will also honor it for Alaska students attending college out of state.

That’s right—- if you want to compete and live outside of Anchorage, WE are paying for YOUR airfare!

On June 27th & June 28th, delegates will take the stage for the opportunity to become Alaska’s official representatives at Miss USA and Miss Teen USA 2026!

Everyone interested in competing must complete an Information Form. Once submitted and reviewed, selected candidates will be invited to complete the official application.

The wait is over! The Alaskan delegates who will represent our state at Miss USA and Miss Teen USA 2026 will be selected on June 27th-28th!

Host Hotel, Venue, and applications will be announced soon!

Additionally, a public town hall and/or open casting calls will be scheduled and announced soon to answer any questions!
