Los Rumberos de California La comunidad de Rumberos y Omó Añá en California, EEUU Music in the U.S. has been heavily influenced by Caribbean music.

Los Rumberos de Cali is dedicated to the preservation of Afro Caribbean culture throughout the United States. We are a community of singers, drummers and dancers who span across all generations, backgrounds and ethnicities. Our Mission is to organize, and promote Afro Caribbean culture by inviting these unique elements of rhythm, song, and dance into everyday lives and culture. We seek to teach and engage our community by presenting workshops, concerts and outreach events aimed at bridging this gap in musical history and knowledge. Through promoting Afro Caribbean music throughout the United states, we believe we can help create new avenues to understanding our country's musical origins and make an important contribution in the body of our collective knowledge.
