“Are you Mouse House Nanny?!” “Yes!!!!!” I could not be more thrilled to have gotten spotted for the first time!!! Y’all this was a major highlight of my day. I was actually taking a personal day celebrating my daughter’s birthday using all my MHN tricks and tips with my own family and then this happened. Ready for another day!!! A Disneyland Nanny has so many benefits! One of the top benefits is having an excited person with you that knows the parks layout 😉. Just tell me where you want to go, the next ride, restaurant or even that you need a bathroom break and I will take you or point you to the spot to go! Entertaining the kids is only one aspect but I also watch for hunger cues and the unavoidable potty dance 😄💦. Let’s do Disneyland/DCA together 🙌!!!

⭐️Tip! ⭐️Tip! ⭐️Tip! Helping families is a blessing. Today I hung out with a kid that needed a moment away from the group so the group could continue their fun while she recomposed. Disneyland is a place of great fun but for some kids it can be overstimulating and moments of disappointment. That is all very normal behavior for kids to have. Kids oftentimes don’t understand our excitement, why we’re pushing them to last longer than we do at home, why their “normal” was disrupted, the food is different, the amount of sugar and snacks consumed is like never before or why we expect them to be happy the whole day. Give them grace and go at their pace. Make sure you are feeding them hearty meals that have a good balance of protein, carbs, vitamins and minerals. Hydrate with water versus sugary drinks!! The hardest crash is hunger fueled with sugar. Be careful not to get wrapped in the thought that since the kids have been snacking all day they shouldn’t be crashing. Go prepared with packed or scheduled meals. What’s your favorite meal to pack or eat for your kids or yourself? Comment below ⬇️ DCA ➡️ Disneyland today!!!
