Getting to watch families sit down together and stamp their own piece of leather was pretty special. This young cowboy designed his own lucky leather tag with a little help from mom.

Handmade leather is about more than the finished product — it’s about the craft, the tradition, and passing it on to the next generation.

This one is a western-inspired structured carry — drawing from classic European silhouette lines but built the Prairie Hyde way… full grain leather, hand-cut, saddle stitched, solid brass hardware.

She’s not finished yet — edges still need burnishing, interior detailing coming next — but the shape is starting to speak.
