✨ New Art Reveal: Prismatic Earth Collection ✨

​Sealed, signed, and officially done! 🐢🎨

​I am so incredibly excited to share the latest completed piece in my Prismatic Earth series. This collection is all about celebrating the magical, vibrant connection between nature and fantasy, and this piece holds a very special place in my heart.

​For this illustration, I blended the smooth, vivid depth of alcohol markers with the rich, intricate textures of colored pencils for the main figures, but I really wanted the background and shell to feel truly magical.

​To bring it all together, I used:
​Soft pastels to create that dreamy, seamless green and blue glow in the background.

​A special color-shifting glaze on the box turtle's shell that catches the light beautifully in person.

​Glimmering metallic gold accents on the jewelry pieces.

​Every single layer was a labor of love, and seeing it all finished under the final seal is the best feeling.

​(Fun studio fact: My favorite little "supervisor" has already tried to claim this one for her own bedroom because of her absolute love for turtles! 🤫🐢)

​I’m currently getting this piece scanned and prepped so I can offer high-quality prints very soon!

🌿 Creative Detour 🐢

​I’ve been away from the bead mat for a moment, but the creativity hasn't stopped! Pencils and markers took over the studio for a bit to bring this special piece to life.

​This one isn't for the shop, though—it was strictly commissioned by my personal favorite "Chaos Goblin".

​The textured details on this box turtle's shell and the soft fantasy glow were such a fun challenge to layer up. It's always refreshing to pivot to a different medium to spark new inspiration!

​Don't worry, gemstone lovers—I'll be back to the intricate bead-weaving soon. But for now, I'm off to add a dappled forest background to this little magic moment. ✨

✨ Piece number two of the Gilded Red Dirt collection is officially complete. ✨

​There is nothing quite like the raw, grounding beauty of our regional landscape. To capture that earthy elegance on the wrist, I paired a jaw-dropping mosaic jasper focal stone with a completely custom-tailored flat spiral weave.

​Looking closely at the bracelet you can see every single section of this 7.5-inch bracelet was woven step-by-step to perfectly graduate from chunky 12mm goldstone down to deep wine pearls, olive-gold accents, and brilliant amber bicones. By framing the entire piece in the exact same gold seed beads as the earrings, the fiery sparkle of the crystals perfectly mirrors the natural glitter of the stone matrix.

​Seeing it on the wrist gives me total modern-royalty vibes. It has incredible weight, beautiful drape, and a gritty, authentic soul. 🌅👑
