Some updates on what I've been doing. (I mentioned most of this on my YouTube posts, but not here.)

Maelstrom
First, the Cyberpunk 2077 Maelstrom build series is moving along well. The hardest part is finally over! I finished recording all the voice overs for all 5 episodes, and edited to build footage for all 5 episodes to that voice over.
This weekend I plan to start recording the intros and outros for each episode on green screen, to start editing those skits.
They wont be anything crazy, just me walking around Night City talking about the build, with a few gags here and there for fun.
Hopefully the episodes will be rolling out on the channel by the end of the month.
I did enjoy this casual cosplay, so I have plans on updating it for the next convention in October. Might replace the full mask for something easier to put on and take off. And I might make the full arms, which will require me to rip the rest of the jacket sleeves off.

Car
I plan on taking a crafting break soon. By August I will have had my 1978 Pontiac Trans Am for 20 years, so I want to do something with it to celebrate.
Right now its kind of sat in our garage for the last 2 years... it needs a little work, but i gotta clean our the garage before I can work on it.
Thankfully I dont have plans for any Halloween costumes, so I can use that time to work on the car.
That said, there will still probably be a Halloween project, just no Halloween Costume.

Silent Hill
Because I'm not busy enough, this last week I finally sat down and started working on my Silent Hill video scripts in my free time. And yes, I said scripts.
First and foremost, my Silent Hill 2 Remake video, that I've been teasing for like... a year now. This video has going through so many scripts, and rewrites, and restarts. There's just so much I want to say and talk about, that its hard to organize it all, since a lot of it ties back into each other.
But I decided to put in the work.
I have several playthroughs recorded, I have save locations made for every spot in the game (on PC, SH2R limits you to 10 saves, I edited some scripts and made that 99! Then i went back to play it again. And saved at every location all throughout my games progress.) So I can how load the game at any point, swap in my camera hacks, and get whatever shots I need!
I also have the same thing done for the OG 2001 game, one recorded off my PS2, and the rest on the PC version, with the enhanced edition mod, along with some camera hacks there too!
Needless to say, I have several word files of notes, from both games.
This is something I can only write at my desk, because I'm very a**l about my information. So when I dive into a topic, not only do i want to make sure I'm 100% correct about what I'm talking about, but I also try to bring up evidence both for and against things, involving the original 4 games, and all their official released media, like the Book of Lost Memories. So I try to have my sources sited in every regard.
It's a lot of research. And to show how much I value my integrity on this, last night I ended up deleting pages of writing for one segment, all because I miss-remembered a line of dialog from the Remake. I knew I was wrong, so I removed the pages, dispite all the hours I spent writing it, because it wasn't factual.
That said, on a more fun note, because my Return to Silent Hill video did fairly well (11k views is good for me at least!), I'm going to go back and cover the other 2 movies as well in a similar style. ๐
This is a lot easier to write, because while it will still require research into SH1 and SH3, its still more of a laid back, fun, "lets poke fun at these movies", kind of thing. Plus, I had so much fun with the cartoonish retelling of Return to Silent Hill, that I have to make that a trilogy!

In-between all that, Ill still find time to make a small Halloween and Xmas video, like always, because they're always fun to make. :)
