We finally got our first look at gameplay from Tomb Raider: Legacy Of Atlantis, and this game is looking AMAZING!

Lara's iconic long braid is back, along with acrobatics, the grappling hook, scanner, Focus ability, and the return of the axe from the Survivor trilogy.

But there's even more to talk about! 👀

There are reports that Tomb Raider 2 and Tomb Raider 3 could also be getting remakes after Legacy Of Atlantis. Nothing has been officially confirmed yet, but if the rumors are true, we could be getting a full Tomb Raider remake trilogy!

Gamescom Opening Night Live 2026 is officially over! 🎮

I'll be honest, there wasn't a ton that really blew me away, but we still got some exciting new looks at Control Resonant, Silent Hill Townfall, the new Metro game, and Tides of Annihilation.

Control Resonant continues to look incredible, the new Metro game has actually made me interested in finally checking out the series, and we finally got to hear Angela Sant'Albano as the new voice of Gwendolyn in Tides of Annihilation.

I also talk about why Tides of Annihilation still doesn't have a release date and what the voice recasting could mean for the game's development.

Sony has officially responded to the backlash over ending PlayStation disc production in 2028, saying it currently sees no impact on its business.

Tomb Raider: Catalyst has reportedly been delayed until 2028, and while the extra development time may help the game, it also raises concerns about a possible digital-only release.

If the game launches too late in 2028, it could reportedly miss Sony's cutoff for physical disc production. As someone who prefers physical copies, I really hope that doesn't happen.

Marvel's Wolverine just got even better! Lady Deathstrike has officially been confirmed, Sabertooth may not be the enemy we expected, and the story looks much darker than I ever imagined.

I'm also discussing the sad news that Jennifer English is stepping away from her role in Tides Of Annihilation due to health reasons. Thankfully, she'll remain involved with the project in an advisory role, and we'll meet the new voice actress at Gamescom this August.
