🖤So there are a few exciting things I will be announcing over the next few weeks, and here is the first one!
I'm super excited to announce that I have officially signed on with the amazing Midnight Publishing, through which collections of my short stories will be released!
I couldn't be more grateful to find an amazing group of authors and publishers to be a part of. Keep watch for when my first release through Midnight Publishing will be released and a big thank you to for referring me and for the opportunity.

🎶Another fun gig in the 18th century! At the start of August, Wayward Companions bandmate, Tom Crytzer, and I performed a set at Bushy Run Battlefield as part of the After party tavern night once the event closed to the public. It was a lot of fun and here is a look at the event!

🖤🖤I took these photos just a little bit ago after getting off a lovely round table chat with some amazing women on the OFF the Chain podcast and right before finding out about the passing of Tim Curry.
I'm still trying to process and put into words exactly how Tim Curry and Dolly Parton had an impact on me as an artist and an individual but until I make that post, I'm going to say that one of the best ways to honor those legacies is to not be afraid to take up space, be 'too much' and celebrate wins instead of dimming yourself down.

That said, I am grateful to Yvonne for having me on the podcast and to Mary and Andrea ( ) also for the great conversation. And I do have some cool news that I will be announcing very soon that actually came out of that podcast appearance.

🖤🎶🌱THIS SUNDAY: WOOL WAULKING AT THE DEPRECIATION LANDS MUSEUM🖤🌱🎶
I took this video when I stopped by the Depreciation Lands Museum (a living history museum) a few Sundays ago for a quick rehearsal for the music part of our Wool Waulking event taking place on August 23!
Wool Waulking is a centuries old Scottish tradition that incorporated both work and song, and I'm happy to be once again organizing the music part of it! More on this in the coming weeks but be sure to come out and experience this Wool Waulking event this Sunday on August 23!

(Unfortunately I didn't get to capture the rehearsal but I hope to catch some of the event...plus there's video of last year's Wool Waulking event with the songs on my YouTube Channel and the
pages!)

🖤Had a very productive committee meeting for Fort Henry Days (taking place on Labor Day Weekend!) and I'm excited to not only be giving a talk on how women moved the American Revolution but I'm also one of the narrators for the battle reenactment (this year being focused on Betty Zane and her role in the final battle).

🖤🌌After the gym I had an amazing Sound Lounge session at and which never disappoints (I always say it's a great way to stay grounded and aligned when things are ramping up gig and project wise!).
Then when I'm in that area I have to stop at for their detox tea (Peppermint and Basil) and stock up on their protein muffins (buying almost all of em😀😁).

🔥🦇 Paid a visit to the crypt Death Comes Lifting for a Pull (Back, Biceps, abs) workout.
If you haven't checked them out, definitely check out this awesome Gothic gym. If you can't go in person, they have their online Lifting Dead Army. They also have cool events and their merch doesn't disappoint (see last pic!)🦇🔥
