$212 worth of oxtails—yeah, the Sauce Boss is going all the way in for Culture Fest! 😳🔥🇯🇲 These will become Chef Rowe’s slow-cooked, Jamaican-style Lip Smacking oxtails, available in our loaded five-cheese mac platter and our full oxtail platter. Quantities are limited, so come early before they sell out! Catch us Saturday, August 22, from 12–8 PM at the Lehigh Valley Cultural Festival at Cedar Beach Park in Allentown, PA. If you’ve attended the International Cultural Festival in the past, you’ll notice something new—we’ve rebranded as Lehigh Valley Culture Fest! While our name has changed, our mission remains the same: bringing people together through the arts, culture, music, food, and community.
