Probably starting the manchild on Chlorambucil in the very near future — based on indications from lab work. Please share your experiences if you have any. Basically a last ditch effort to give him more time. Spuds has not had a biopsy as it would be too invasive and treatment is the same based on symptoms and bloodwork. He is either battling inflammatory bowel disease or a slow growing lymphoma. He was given 1-2 years prognosis in April ‘23.

Deceased cat found on Broadway in Cetronia just east of fire station on west bound side. I did not hit this kitty. It looks like she has been there for a little while and I tried, but I didn’t have the resources in my car to retrieve her/him. People drive way too fast on this road!

Update: South Whitehall Police have been notified.

Update: if anyone knows what happened to this poor kitty, please comment here. Owners may have been found via my NextDoor app post. But we just would like confirmation/closure.

This little trooper, Spuds, the Tiny Lion, my sweet potato… Labs are back. He does not have a parasite. Bloodwork indicates inflammation or lymphoma. We are tweaking his meds (upping his prednisone and I’ll be giving him B12 injections) then re-testing him in a month or so to see if there is any improvement. He’s had so many things forced down his throat in the last week and hasn’t stopped looking for love and comfort and new flavors to please his ever so finicky palate. My sweet little boy. 😔
