Allegan Annual Art Hop Allegan Annual Art Hop is always the second Friday in December, in conjunction with Festive Fridays.

Starting in December 2008, the Allegan Art Hop was created by a Business Group called "Simply Well" and the Allegan Area Arts Council. Despite the fact that it opened to one of the worst blizzards in recent memory, the City of Allegan came to the rescue and managed to clear the roads and sidewalks just in time for the event. amed from shop to shop taking in all the wonderful Art and Artists, Music and Singing, Hot Chocolate and SANTA! The Art Hop now has alternated between the Arts Council and the Merchants, but no matter who organizes it, it is always a smashing success. 2016 now marks our 9th year and we are still going strong. Don’t miss this show as a way to support your local Merchants and the areas wonderful Artisans.
