J. García Dance Company The purpose and passion of J.GARCÍA DANCE CO is to advance modern/contemporary dance as essential and vital to the Albuquerque arts community.

As our company takes root, we will work to engage our community through the ongoing creation of new choreographic works, regular performance seasons within Albuquerque and the region, thoughtful engagement and discourse with participants and audience members, community education & outreach, and collaboration with the greater arts community. The j.garcía dance company wishes to advance the field of

modern/contemporary dance in Albuquerque and New Mexico by increasing awareness, accessibility and value for the art form.
