Big Rig Showcase

09/09/2026

This past weekend, the Big Rig Showcase was honored to donate $2,500 to the Cancer Kickback Program through Lifetime Nut Covers at the No Coast Large Cars Truck Show in Forest City, Iowa! We also want to thank J & J Ready Mix for purchasing the sign at our show on June 20th and bringing it with them to No Coast Large Cars, helping make this special moment possible!

We also donated a custom hand-painted truck portrait by Frosty, giving the winning buyer the opportunity to have their own truck painted. It brought an incredible $1,600!

That makes a total of $4,100 given back toward the fight against cancer from the Big Rig Showcase! We couldn’t be happier to support such a meaningful cause in memory of JR.

A huge thank you to the entire Lifetime crew for allowing us to present the donation during their awards ceremony. Giving back is what it’s all about!

Today, we are beyond proud to announce that the 2026 Big Rig Showcase Truck Show raised $31,257 for the Monroe County Fair Future Livestock Building/Pavilion Project!

It’s hard to put into words what this means. Just two years ago, we had a vision of creating more than just a truck show. We wanted to build an event that brought people together, celebrated the trucking community, and gave back to a cause that would make a lasting impact on our hometown. To see that vision turn into a $31,257 donation on year two is something we never could have imagined.

This accomplishment belongs to every single person who played a part. Thank you to our incredible sponsors who believed in us, our volunteers, every truck owner who came to the show, our vendors, food trucks, auction donors, raffle participants, merchandise buyers, and everyone who came through the gates to support the event. No matter how big or small your contribution was, you helped make this possible!

We are incredibly proud to support the Monroe County Fair and help invest in a project that will serve our community for years to come. Knowing this truck show is helping build a new future livestock building and pavilion makes every hour of planning and every ounce of hard work worth it.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in the Big Rig Showcase. This show has become so much more than trucks it’s about community, giving back, and making a difference together.

$31,257 raised. Countless memories made. And we’re just getting started.

The memorial sign honoring JR Schleuger was sold in our live auction and the support shown was incredible. The sign was first purchased by LL&E Warehousing, who then gave it back to auction it a second time and ultimately found its home with J&J Ready Mix. We also auctioned off a legacy of a lifetime sweatshirt that was purchased by an anonymous donor.

Together, these items raised an amazing $2,500 in JR’s memory. On top of that, we have another anonymous donor adding another $500, bringing the total donation to $3,000 for the Lifetime Lug Nut Covers Cancer Kickback Program.

We couldn’t be happier with the generosity shown by our awesome donors and everyone who participated. What started as a way to honor JR turned into something truly special that will help others facing their own battles.

We will proudly present the check to Lifetime Nut Covers at the No Coast Large Cars Truck Show on Labor Day weekend.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who donated, bid, supported, and helped make this possible. We couldn’t be more grateful.
