CALLING ALL LOCAL LOVERS OF FOOD! This Sunday, March 22, Albany's newest restaurant - Olive N Oregano - is giving the community a chance to experience what they will be cooking up in advance of its grand opening. This free event, for which you need tickets that can be obtained via the links below, is open to the public and will feature many of the menu items that will appear on the restaurant's final menu.
Hosted by New Scotland Spirits' Tasting Room at 209 Lark Street, the fete will also feature the Tasting Room's diverse and innovative cocktail menu (while the event and food are free, the drinks are not, and can be purchased with cash, card and even ApplePay). Tasting Room manager Neil Benjamin is working on several specialty cocktails to pair with the menu that we guarantee you will LOVE.
Tastings are approximately 45-50 minutes long. The first is at 4pm, the next is 5pm and the final one is at 6pm. Seating is very limited and to ensure your spot, hit the links below and reserve up to two seats per person. We are thrilled to see two local businesses in Albany work TOGETHER, instead of seeing everything as competition. I just got off the phone with the Sheriff of Lark Street, who said he is super excited for this event, for which he donated the Tasting Room to Olive N Oregano.
