Be Spot On Pulled Pork Dip
Ingredients
* 1½ pounds pulled pork, cooked, shredded, and sauced
* 8 oz cream cheese, softened
* 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
* 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, divided
* Extra Be Spot On BBQ sauce for drizzling
* Sour cream and sliced jalapeños for serving
* Your favorite chips for dipping
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the pulled pork, cream cheese, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese.
3. Transfer mixture to a skillet or baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
4. Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese over the top.
6. Return to the oven for 5–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and irresistibly gooey.
7. Finish with a drizzle of extra Be Spot On BBQ sauce and serve with sour cream, jalapeños, and plenty of chips.
