Our very dear friends at Trickster’s Apothecary are struggling to make rent and keep up, especially with job insecurity outside of the shop and a recent death in the family. With permission, we've set up a GoFundMe to help them raise funds to keep the lights on!

The shop is run by two amazing folks who do SO MUCH for the community, especially the q***r, disabled, and pagan communities. It's an honor to be volunteers at their shop, and an even bigger honor that they've trusted us to launch this.

They have helped feed folks at Philomath Pride and Glimmer Camp, and have catered/sponsored other numerous local events by artist groups and businesses alike!

Ok, ok, ok, we hear you!! Adults really want to make cryptid terrariums too! We're opening up our mini Cryptid Terrarium craft event to everyone in grades 5 & up, including adults. Come craft with us on Friday, July 31 at 4 p.m.

Please note - supplies are limited, so we are unable to open this event up to younger than 5th grade. Please consider coming to our Rubber Duck Dress-Up program on Tuesday, July 28 at 5:00 p.m., which is open to everyone of all ages!

We really want to be able to come back for 2027 and we haven’t been able to do it this year (2026) or last year (2025) due to not enough volunteers to be on staff or also funds to hold the event. It literally takes a village and community to pull off events this big. We miss seeing our community and celebrating and we are so sorry that the world we live in currently makes it harder for extra time to be spent volunteering. We may visit new ideas if the big celebration can’t happen for a while…but we thought we’d give it one more try! Please comment or DM if you are interested in helping with being on staff and or being a team lead of a committee. The more the hands make light the work.
