Located at the Northside District in downtown Akron, the Northside Speakeasy is a prohibition-era themed craft cocktail bar. The Northside Speakeasy is a sophisticated social lounge that whisks patrons back to the 1920's.
This Prohibition-era craft cocktail bar was recently built on the ground level of the hottest hotel in downtown Akron, within the heart of the Arts and Entertainment District. A secluded space, the Northside Speakeasy has been designed with plush seating surrounded by dark velvet curtains, hidden entrances and the best drink program in town. Come experience this ultimate urban getaway!

Great news!!! Years of wear and tear have done a number on our secret entrance however it has been fully restocked and ready to welcome those who know of its existence. There is no longer a secret pull mechanism (for now) so we kindly ask that you look for the secret pull handle and leave the rest for decor. We look forward to welcoming you back soon!
