Smh what a punk! Glad this is how you handle stuff at your establishment....and keep taking the post down it's already been shared all over Facebook
A business survives on the people that frequent their establishments and word of mouth travels fast due to multiple Social media means. So when someone posts situations due to bad service negative feedback is the norm, there is always 2 sides to the story and management should be made aware to investigate and address it not just delete posts and try to sweep it under the rug.
Does anyone from Aqueduct Brewing care to comment? If this gets deleted it'll get posted elsewhere.
It would be great if you were open once in awhile. Everytime we come to your brewery you're closed. You also don't have a voice mailbox set up. What's the deal?
Planning on visiting for the first time next Friday. Someone said you guys have a great "guest" beer list too? Do you still have guest beers?
Work on your customer service...if you serve someone a beer that is 10 degrees warmer than mine because it came from a pitcher, don't tell the customer, my father, that he doesn't know beer when he says his beer is warm!!! Very rude, very conceded owner. Learn how to serve your patrons with out your stuck up, know it all attitude!
