Check out these beautiful pieces created by Kris Halter! She will join us at the Barn on Nov. 26th. She is inspired by the symbolism of jewelry and it’s use throughout history for protection, attraction and enlightenment. Nature, fine art/design, haute couture, indigenous cultures and spiritual traditions inform her work. She can be found at art shows and in museum gift stores. They cut, sew and finish leather products by hand, providing a quality product that will last for generations.

Meet artisan Eric Maiden, the owner Timberja### Wood Products, who will be joining us out at the Barn on Nov. 26th. His quality control officer is a jack russel name Ja###, thus the name Timberjaxx. Eric designs and creates food safe products for kitchen and entertaining purposes including handmade utensils, beautiful cutting boards, and charcuterie boards from a variety of woods.

We are so excited to have April of Tangled Creations: By April Nicholson-Couch join us at the Barn on November 26th. She has been winning numerous awards this past summer for her beautiful, hand drawn, Zentangeled art.

Here's more about her and her art:
I am a self-taught Zentangle inspired artist, and Certified Zentangle Teacher. A Zentangle is a complicated drawing that is built one line at a time. Simple tangles, or patterns, are combined in an unplanned way that grow and change in unbelievable and amazing ways. Every piece, whether on paper, wood, metal, stones, ceramics, or the beach, are unbelievably detailed, unique and amazing works of art. What I love the most about this art form is that there are absolutely no creative limits or boundaries. Anything is possible one line at a time!

I started seriously pursuing my art in 2012 and fulltime in 2014. I am passionate about the Arts as well as mentoring and encouraging young people to pursue their artistic dreams. I am dedicated to insuring that my art will support me when I can no longer do it. Therefore, I am always pushing the limits of what I can do with it.

A jewelry artist that will be at the Barn on Nov. 26th is Janice. She transforms semi-precious beads and metal into jewelry is an exciting way to share her artistic spirit. Whether your style is “Elegant, Fun, or Funky,” she has a piece of jewelry that expresses you. Most of her jewelry pieces are one of a kind. She designs pieces in sterling silver complemented by Pearls, Labradorite, and Opalite that are “elegant and timeless.” Her copper pieces have an “urban” funky vibe, and her colorful crystal and glass beads are just plain “fun!”

Meet Tim O'Daniel, who will be joining us at the Barn on November 26th. Tim creates his art by drawing out geometric shapes, photographing it, layering it, and then repeating the process to produced the desired finished piece. His original art is then matted and framed, making it ready for your home. He will be debuting new pieces at the show.

We are working on a Pop Up show inside the Barn at Wolf Creek for Saturday, November 26 featuring a group of fantastic local artists and artisans. Just 10 minutes south of the Montrose shopping area. We will have more details as we finalize the details. Stay tuned.
