The quiet after the storm is quite appealing! Handworks was a great success and we are working (gently) on next years show which we hope will be November 7,2015. I will keep the BRP page current with what is happening for your convenience . The retail space at 584 Ada Drive is however, closed. Richard Brinn makes his clay become art. Some pieces will have co-ordinating hollow-ware pieces. The show is during gallery hours M-F 10am-6pm, Saturday 10am-5pm.

When on vacation, go to other people's galleries! I spent a week in New Mexico just soaking up beauty from art and nature. Too many special moments to tell. It was a time of wonderful renewal for me. Now I can keep going!

Our glaze master Chris Trabka has restocked our shelves with his gorgeous work after the busy summer show season. These sculptural vases would look perfect without flowers but pick a summer bouquet and arrange!

A week later things are coming together for our clothing area. My husband, Del, made the wonderful rack from galvanized pipe and 2 X 10s. Love having him retired! Lots of effort going in to making a new home for our American clothing!
Some people might think this is a mess, but we see it as a new beginning for our American-made, Eco-friendly clothing! Watch for exact dates of arrival. Plan to come to our big opening party in the Fall!
I posted the bracelet I made in my class a few weeks ago. The elements of this bracelet are made from bronze, rather than copper discs. It's fun to transfer the skills into the more familiar medium. Thanks for the great class, Julie!

Now that I have replaced my camera which went walk-about, I will be able to put photos up again. The jewelry ideas are popping out right and left. I hope Julie Sanford and others have a grew weekend at the Grand Haven show!

Local high school students, Nicole, Jake and Josh are raising money for their college expenses by making and selling eco-friendly notebooks! This is a wonderful business experience for them and we applaud their efforts to earn their tuition.
