🧠 Your Mix Is Only as Good as Your State of Mind

Yesterday I was very tired 😅
Right before leaving the studio, I decided to start a new project. There was a lot of pitch correction, so I went through it real quick. At the time, I was satisfied it sounded great.

I came back this morning…
Oh Lord 😭
The pitch correction was a mess. I had to start all over again.

Lesson:
Things like pitch correction need a sober, fresh mind. When you’re tired, your ears and brain will lie to you.

Mixing isn’t just about plugins it’s decision making.
And your mix is only as good as the decisions you make in that moment.

Rest is part of the process 🎧🧠
