BAGADA FEST, hence, is a reflective cultural platform that engages members in Kampala’s informal settlements through art and culture, with the goal of creating social transformation. Programs and activities are set around solving identified challenges through a sociocultural approach that; applies various artistic based interventions, imparts skills (artistic/creative and social) to the beneficiar

ies and facilitates cross sectorial stakeholders’ engagement and participation. A celebratory grand cultural event culminates the annual calendar.
