Jackie saved for almost 9 months before she bought the iPhone she wanted. This whole weekend power has been off, so she took it to the neighbour’s kaduuka to charge. While the shop attendant was looking for change to give to someone who had bought katunda, the phone was snatched and stolen. Jackie came back expecting a full battery, and she was told that the phone had been stolen. Jackie does not want apologies or police letters, she just wants her phone, or she has threatened to have the neighbour arrested.
