台灣人說唱劇團成立於 2021 年 1 月在桃園，是台灣說唱大師葉怡均先生所創設，台灣人說唱劇團便是以在桃園深耕為宗旨，打算結合桃園的場地資源，推廣、傳承說唱曲藝，探索台灣說唱劇藝當代性。
