As the sun sets on TTRW 2026, our hearts (and bellies!) are full.
We want to send a massive THANK YOU to every single person working behind the scenes across all participating restaurants. To the front-of-house teams, line cooks, servers, and dishwashers who worked round the clock, pushed through sleepless nights, and braved complete exhaustion just to deliver unforgettable dining experiences for all of us… we see you, and we appreciate you endlessly!
A special toast to the phenomenal chefs who carefully crafted mind-blowing dishes and paired flavors with such precision and artistry. You truly outdid yourselves this year!
While the TTRW banner may be coming down for now, don’t put away your appetite just yet... something exciting is lurking on the horizon.

What an unforgettable night! The Fashion Plate Grand Finale at The Waterfront Restaurant was the ultimate celebration of Trinbago's culinary and creative brilliance.

​In proud partnership with Global Trinidad & Tobago and Fashion TT, diners at the Hyatt Regency Hotel were treated to a truly spectacular evening. Guests enjoyed an exclusive live runway show right from their tables while indulging in an exceptional dinner.

​With over 20 incredible local designers showcasing their collections, it was the perfect fusion of high fashion and fine dining to close out the season.

​Thank you to everyone who joined us for this historic night!

The TTRW 2026 Team Tour made a spectacular stop at Kazza Pot & Kettle
We had the incredible opportunity to cover their amazing menu while being treated to The Fashion Plate fashion show, a proud partnership between TTRW, Global Trinidad and Tobago , and FashionTT
Swipe through the carousel to see the culinary masterpieces we tried, including the Spicy Grilled Shrimp & Mango, Mushroom Risotto Arancini, Lemon beurre blanc white fish, Braised Steak Roulade in Red W**e & Shallot Jus, Dark Chocolate & Raspberry Torte, and the Strawberry Vanilla Dream.

The TTRW team needed to check out the Waterfront Restaurant at Hyatt Regency Trinidad dinner menu, and wow did they put on a show, from tender steak to creative appetizers and desserts, this is a menu you should experience.
It’s not too late though, Waterfront is extending to October 9th with a grand finale show presented by TTRW, Global Trinidad and Tobago and FashionTT

The TTRW 2026 Team Tour made a stop at Zest Bistro inside the Cara Hotel to check out their $375 menu, and it was incredible!

​We started off with the Passport to Paradise Cocktail, a 5 Spice Duck Lollipop, and the Prawn Mosaic. For our mains, we went with the Smoked Striploin and the Coffee Crusted Lamb Rack. And for dessert, we had to try the Smoked Basque Cheesecake!

The TTRW 2026 Team Tour is keeping the momentum going with a stop at Spiked Cafe to check out their amazing $175 menu!

​Hit play to see our massive spread! For starters and mains, we dug into the Bruschetta, Cheesy Chicken Mushroom Melt, Sweet Potato Bisque, Marinara Mushroom Pasta with Grilled Chicken, and Deja Vu Pasta with Grilled Chicken. We paired our meals with some incredible drinks, including the Fruity Matcha Latte (Strawberry), The Boozy Tux, and the Flavoured Matcha Latte (Toasted Hazelnut).

​And of course, we saved room for dessert! We finished things off on a sweet note with the Cookie Butter Cheesecake, Matilda Mile High Chocolate Torte, and the Blueberry Tiramisu Layered Cake.
