🟢الثقافة والتراث والمواطنة في مواجهة التحديات المناخية🟢
على امتداد ثلاثة أيام، احتضنت مدينة الكاف الدورة الأولى من تظاهرة «بدائل بيئية – Alternativas Eco»، وهي تظاهرة تعد الأولى من نوعها بالجهة في تناول قضايا البيئة من خلال مقاربة تجمع بين الثقافة والتراث والمواطنة.
🔷نجحت التظاهرة في استقطاب الاهتمام داخل الكاف وخارجها، خاصة خلال شهر التراث، وساهمت في تسليط الضوء على عناصر تراثية وطبيعية في قلب المدينة و لكنها مجهولة من المتساكنين لانها لم تكن تحضى دائما بما تستحقه من تثمين وإبراز. كما فتحت المجال للتفكير في طرق جديدة تجعل من التراث والثقافة والبيئة موارد للتنمية والحوار والعمل الجماعي.
لقد نجحت التظاهرة في تقديم محتوى ثري سرعان ما تحول الى نموذج للاحتذاء به و تكراره
🔷جمعت التظاهرة فنانين وباحثين وخبراء وفاعلين ثقافيين ومواطنين وشبابا حول سؤال مشترك: كيف يمكن للثقافة والتراث والمواطنة أن تساهم في مواجهة التحديات المناخية وصياغة مستقبل أكثر قدرة على الصمود؟
تنقل المشاركون بين مواقع تاريخية وأثرية من الكاف إلى الدهماني، واكتشفوا التراث المعماري والأنظمة المائية القديمة والموارد الثقافية التي تشكل جزءا من ذاكرة الجهة وقدرتها على التكيف. كما شهد البرنامج ندوات حول العدالة المناخية والمواطنة الفاعلة، وعروضا فنية وموسيقية، ونقاشات سينمائية، ولقاءات ملهمة حول صمود النساء، إلى جانب ورشة كتابة أفضت إلى إنتاج نص جماعي بيئي.
🔷ومن الجوانب اللافتة للتظاهرة نجاحها في كسر الحواجز بين الثقافة والجمهور العريض، حيث شاركت نساء فلاحات وحرفيات في أنشطة لم يسبق لعدد منهن خوضها، مثل النقاشات السينمائية واللقاءات الأدبية. وقد أظهرت هذه التجربة أن الثقافة ليست حكرا على النخب أو الفضاءات المغلقة، بل يمكن أن تكون جزءا من الحياة اليومية ومجالا مفتوحا لجميع المواطنين.
🔷من أبرز محطات التظاهرة تسليط الضوء على شجرة الدلب (البلاتان) باعتبارها رمزا للتراث الحي بالكاف، وإطلاق مسار عمل يهدف إلى تثمينها ثقافيا وبيئيا من خلال إنتاج مادة سمعية بصرية ومواصلة الحوار حول سبل المحافظة عليها وإبراز قيمتها الرمزية.
🔷استقطبت التظاهرة مئات الزوار، وشهدت مشاركة شبابية ونسائية تجاوزت 75% من مجموع المشاركين، وهو ما يعكس أهمية تمكين الأجيال الجديدة من المساهمة في النقاشات الثقافية والبيئية وصناعة المبادرات المحلية.
كما تم إنجاز وتنفيذ 100% من البرنامج والأنشطة المعلن عنها، وهو مؤشر يعكس جدية التنظيم ومصداقية العمل الذي تقوده جمعية رؤية360 والتزامها بتحويل الأفكار إلى مشاريع وأنشطة ملموسة على أرض الواقع.
🔷نؤمن بأن مواجهة التحديات البيئية لا تقتصر على الحلول التقنية فقط، بل تمر أيضا عبر الثقافة والخيال والحوار والعمل الجماعي. ومن هذا المنطلق، شكلت «بدائل بيئية» فضاء مفتوحا للتفكير والإبداع واقتراح بدائل محلية تنطلق من الإنسان والمجال والتراث.

🟢 Alternativas Eco 2026 | Culture, Heritage and Citizenship in the Face of Climate Challenges 🟢
Over the course of three days, the city of El Kef hosted the first edition of “Alternativas Eco”, an event that was the first of its kind in the region to address environmental issues through an approach combining culture, heritage, and citizenship.
🔷 The event attracted significant attention both within El Kef and beyond, particularly during Heritage Month. It helped shed light on historical, cultural, and natural assets located at the heart of the city that remain largely unknown even to local residents, as they have not always received the recognition and valorization they deserve. At the same time, it opened new perspectives on how heritage, culture, and the environment can become resources for development, dialogue, and collective action.
The event succeeded in delivering rich and meaningful content and quickly emerged as an inspiring model that could be replicated elsewhere.
🔷 Alternativas Eco brought together artists, researchers, experts, cultural actors, citizens, and young people around a common question: How can culture, heritage, and citizenship contribute to addressing climate challenges and building a more resilient future?
Participants explored historical and archaeological sites from El Kef to Dahmani, discovering architectural heritage, ancient water systems, and cultural resources that form part of the region’s memory and resilience. The programme also featured discussions on climate justice and active citizenship, artistic and musical performances, film screenings and debates, inspiring encounters highlighting women’s resilience, and a writing workshop that resulted in the creation of a collective environmental text.
🔷 One of the event’s most remarkable achievements was its ability to bridge the gap between culture and the wider public. Women farmers and craftswomen took part in activities that many of them had never previously experienced, such as film discussions and literary presentations. This experience demonstrated that culture is not reserved for elites or closed spaces, but can become part of everyday life and an open field of participation for all citizens.
🔷 Another highlight of the event was the focus on the Plane Tree (Platanus) as a symbol of El Kef’s living heritage. This initiative launched a broader process aimed at promoting its cultural and environmental value through audiovisual production and continued dialogue on ways to preserve and celebrate its symbolic significance.
🔷 The event welcomed hundreds of visitors and recorded a youth and women participation rate exceeding 75% of all attendees, reflecting the importance of empowering younger generations to contribute to cultural and environmental discussions and to initiate local action.
Moreover, 100% of the announced programme and planned activities were successfully implemented, demonstrating the seriousness, credibility, and commitment of Vision 360 Association in transforming ideas into concrete projects and tangible actions on the ground.
🔷 We believe that responding to environmental challenges cannot rely solely on technical solutions. It also requires culture, imagination, dialogue, and collective action. In this spirit, Alternativas Eco became an open space for reflection, creativity, and the exploration of local alternatives rooted in people, place, and heritage.
