【 ประกาศชี้แจงเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรม VocaUnity: Pitch & Play 📢】

ทางผู้จัดงาน SHUGOSHA ขอขอบคุณผู้สร้างสรรค์ผลงานทุกท่านที่ให้ความสนใจส่งผลงานเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม VocaUnity: Pitch & Play ในครั้งนี้อย่างล้นหลาม

เนื่องจากมีผู้ส่งผลงานเข้ามาเป็นจำนวนมากเกินกว่าโควตาเวลาจัดแสดง ทางทีมงานมีความจำเป็นต้อง "คัดเลือกผลงานบางส่วน" เพื่อนำไปจัดแสดงบนเวทีหลักในวันงานตามข้อจำกัดของเวลา

อย่างไรก็ตาม เพื่อเป็นการสนับสนุนความตั้งใจและเปิดพื้นที่ให้กับทุกความคิดสร้างสรรค์อย่างเท่าเทียม ทางผู้จัดงานมีมาตรการรองรับดังนี้ครับ:

🎶 บนเวทีสเตจหลัก: จะจัดแสดงเฉพาะผลงานที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกตามเกณฑ์และเวลาที่กำหนด

🌐 หลังจบงานคอนเสิร์ต: ทีมงานจะนำผลงานทั้งหมดของ "ทุกคน ทุกชิ้น" ที่ส่งเข้ามาอย่างถูกต้อง ทำการโพสต์โปรโมทและประชาสัมพันธ์ลงบนเพจ Shugosha เพื่อให้คนในคอมมูนิตี้ได้ร่วมรับชมและติดตามผลงานของท่านอย่างทั่วถึง

ทางทีมงานตระหนักดีถึงคุณค่าและความทุ่มเทในทุกๆ ชิ้นงาน และขออภัยในความไม่สะดวกเรื่องข้อจำกัดของเวลาบนเวทีมา ณ ที่นี้ด้วยครับ 🙇‍♂️

The SHUGOSHA organizing team would like to express our deepest gratitude to all creators for the overwhelming response and interest in the VocaUnity: Pitch & Play activity.

Due to the immense number of submissions exceeding our allocated stage time, we are deeply sorry to inform you that we must "select only a portion of the submissions" to be showcased on the main stage on the event day, strictly due to schedule limitations.

However, to honor everyone's dedication and ensure an equal platform for all creative minds, we have prepared the following supporting measures:

🎶 On the Main Stage: Only the selected artworks that meet the criteria will be showcased within the designated timeframe.

🌐 Post-Event Showcase: After the concert concludes, "every single eligible submission" will be officially posted and promoted on the Shugosha page. This ensures that our entire community can appreciate, support, and follow your incredible work.

Our team fully recognizes the value, time, and effort poured into every single piece of art, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by our stage time constraints. 🙇‍♂️
