【 Official Announcement: VocaUnity: Pitch & Play Activity 📢】
The SHUGOSHA organizing team would like to express our deepest gratitude to all creators for the overwhelming response and interest in the VocaUnity: Pitch & Play activity.
Due to the immense number of submissions exceeding our allocated stage time, we are deeply sorry to inform you that we must "select only a portion of the submissions" to be showcased on the main stage on the event day, strictly due to schedule limitations.
However, to honor everyone's dedication and ensure an equal platform for all creative minds, we have prepared the following supporting measures:
🎶 On the Main Stage: Only the selected artworks that meet the criteria will be showcased within the designated timeframe.
🌐 Post-Event Showcase: After the concert concludes, "every single eligible submission" will be officially posted and promoted on the Shugosha page. This ensures that our entire community can appreciate, support, and follow your incredible work.
Our team fully recognizes the value, time, and effort poured into every single piece of art, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by our stage time constraints. 🙇♂️
🚨 Final Call! Submissions are accepted until tonight, June 22nd, before midnight only!
