Au début du mois, nous avons terminé notre résidence dans le cadre du programme à Chiang Mai par une présentation aux étudiant.e.s, aux professeur.e.s et aux invité.e.s.
Notre programme, Lanna-Lanxang, explore l'intersection entre le passé et le présent en s'inspirant de la musique, de la danse et des cultures dynamiques du nord de la Thaïlande, du Laos et de l'Occident.

So grateful for the experience earlier this month to develop and share our work in progress with students, staff and guests at Prem Tinnasulanon International School! Lanna-Lanxang explores the intersection between past and present inspired by music, dance, and the dynamic cultures of Northern Thailand, Laos, and the West.

In residency with the ARThailand program at Prem Tinsulanonda International School! We’re enjoying a fabulous week of rehearsals, workshops, and masterclasses, and looking forward to sharing our work in progress with the community on Friday.

Already Day 2 of our Bangkok-Vientiane-Chiang Mai residency! We’re excited to be developing our new project - Lanna-Lanxang - a fusion of traditional and contemporary dance and music from Northern Thailand and Laos, and the West. A huge thank you to all of the professors and musicians who generously shared their expertise on music from the Lanna and Lanxang regions with us these past few days. We’re so looking forward to more collaborative work as this project develops! 🙏🏼
