We’re deeply grateful to everyone who joined us for the opening night and helped bring the exhibition to life through your presence, conversations, and shared experience.

River > Birth is an immersive installation by Thirasak Tanapatanakul that expands on his earlier work Re > Birth through reflections on nature, transformation, and renewal. Rooted in the artist’s experiences living and working at “Berk-Barn-Buri” in Khao Yai, the exhibition transforms the gallery into a flowing environment of charcoal, water, moss, mountains, and light.

Rather than viewing rebirth as a singular event, the exhibition approaches renewal as a continuous state of movement, coexistence, and transformation — where loss, growth, and change exist together within the same natural system.

10 10 Art Space ขอเชิญร่วมงานเปิดนิทรรศการ River > Birth งานจัดวางเชิงประสบการณ์ที่ชวนให้ผู้ชมเข้าไปอยู่ภายในสภาวะของการไหล การแปรเปลี่ยน และการเกิดใหม่ พื้นที่แกลลอรีที่ถูกเปลี่ยนให้เป็นสภาพแวดล้อมของถ่านไม้ ดอกไม้ มอส น้ำ และแสง ซึ่งค่อย ๆ เผยให้เห็นความสัมพันธ์ของการสะสม การเปลี่ยนรูป และการงอกงามที่ดำรงอยู่ร่วมกัน โดยนิทรรศการนี้เป็นการเล่าเรื่องต่อจาก Re > Birth ของตัวศิลปินซึ่งครั้งนี้ตั้งใจเปลี่ยนพื้นที่แกลลอรีให้ผู้ชมสัมผัส “สภาวะ” ของการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ไม่หยุดนิ่ง ที่ซึ่งไฟ น้ำ และชีวิตไหลเวียนและแปรเปลี่ยนอยู่ภายในระบบเดียวกัน

River > Birth is an immersive installation that invites viewers to inhabit states of flow, transformation, and renewal through movement and sensory experience. The space unfolds through charcoal, flowers, moss, water, and light revealing processes of accumulation, transformation, and growth that coexist within the same system. Extending from Re > Birth, the exhibition does not follow a linear narrative, but instead opens up a field of shifting states where fire, water, and life are not separate elements, but continuously flowing and transforming into one another.

Between Ecosystems

This exhibition is part of 10 10 Art Space’s initiative to build international relationships with a focus on Southeast Asia. In collaboration with Ace House Collective, it brings together artists from Yogyakarta, Indonesia, and Thailand through a reciprocal curatorial framework grounded in dialogue and exchange. Rather than positioning one scene in relation to the other, the exhibition creates a shared space where distinct artistic ecosystems coexist side by side, without hierarchy.

เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 23 มกราคมที่ผ่านมา เราได้เปิดนิทรรศการ สัจจะ / สัณฐาน : Truth as They Are, Truth as We Are ขึ้นอย่างเงียบสงบ ท่ามกลางภาพวาด การสนทนา และการอยู่ร่วมกันของผู้คนในพื้นที่เดียวกัน

ขอขอบคุณทุกท่านที่มาร่วมในวันเปิดงาน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นศิลปิน อังกฤต อัจฉริยโสภณ ภัณฑารักษ์ ผู้ร่วมงาน เพื่อน ศิลปิน นักสะสม และทุกคนที่แวะมาเพื่อรับฟัง มองดู และใช้เวลาอยู่กับผลงาน ค่ำคืนนั้นไม่ได้คลี่คลายลงในฐานะบทสรุป หากแต่เป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของบทสนทนา การใคร่ครวญ และการอยู่ร่วมกับ “ความจริง” ที่ไม่เคยมีเพียงหนึ่งเดียวหรือสมบูรณ์ตายตัว

Last Friday, 23 January, we opened สัจจะ / สัณฐาน : Truth as They Are, Truth as We Are — a quiet gathering around paintings, conversations, and shared presence.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at the opening: the artist Angkrit Ajchariyasophon , the curator , our collaborators, friends, collectors, and all who came to listen, look, and spend time with the works. The evening unfolded not as a conclusion, but as a beginning — of dialogue, reflection, and coexistence with truths that are never singular or complete.

The exhibition continues at 10 10 Art Space until 28 February 2026.

นิทรรศการนี้เริ่มต้นจากคำถามที่ไม่ได้ต้องการคำตอบตรงไปตรงมา—มนุษย์จำเป็นต้องเข้าใจโลกทั้งหมดหรือไม่หรือการอยู่ร่วมกับโลก อาจไม่จำเป็นต้องผ่านการอธิบายเสมอไป

จากงานนิทรรศการก่อนหน้าของอังกฤษ ที่แยกภาพแม่น้ำกกออกเป็นชิ้นส่วน ราวกับจิ๊กซอว์ที่ไม่มีวันประกอบสมบูรณ์ สัจจะ / สัณฐาน เคลื่อนต่อไปสู่การปล่อยวางความพยายามที่จะทำให้ความจริงหลายชุดกลายเป็นภาพเดียว เมื่อความจริงดำรงอยู่ในหลายรูปแบบ บางครั้งทับซ้อน บางครั้งขัดแย้ง และไม่อาจถูกรวมเข้าด้วยกันได้ โดยไม่ทำให้บางสิ่งถูกลบหายไป ผลงานในนิทรรศการได้รับแรงบันดาลใจจากการสังเกตวัฏจักรของธรรมชาติ ตั้งแต่ไลเคนที่ย้อมขาวในวาระสุดท้าย ไปจนถึงดาวฤกษ์ที่เรืองแสงที่สุดก่อนจะดับลง กระบวนการที่ดำเนินไปโดยไม่ต้องการคำอธิบายจากมนุษย์

This exhibition begins with a quiet question: Do we need to understand the world in its entirety,
or can coexistence exist without constant explanation?

Developing from Angkrit’s earlier practice of fragmenting the Kok River into jigsaw-like units, Truth as They Are, Truth as We Are moves toward letting go of the desire for a complete image—when truth exists in multiple forms, sometimes overlapping, sometimes in conflict, and cannot be unified without erasing something along the way.

The works draw from close observations of natural cycles, from lichen that turns white at the end of its life to red giant stars that burn brightest before collapsing. These processes unfold without human intention, interpretation, or control.

Rather than offering answers, the exhibition proposes a different stance—
listening to the world, as it is, and as we are able to perceive it.
