ประกาศรับสมัคร Beta tester สำหรับโปรแกรมบริหารจัดการโครงการ (project management) ที่ออกแบบมาสำหรับ เกม และ แอนิเมชัน

เหมาะสำหรับ Projet manager หรือผู้บริหารองค์กรที่ต้องการ ดูแลความคืบหน้าของโครงการอย่างใกล้ชิด แต่ไม่ประสงค์ที่จะซื้อ software ราคาสูงหรือ Subscription ให้กับทุกคนในทีม

ถ้าใครเบื่อการใช้ Trello ที่อาจจะยังไม่ตอบโจทย์มาก หรือ Jira ที่การทำงานซับซ้อน จนต้องใช้ Learning curve หรือ Software อื่นๆ ที่ไม่สามารถรวมทุกคนในทีมเข้ามาทำงาน และเห็นหน้างานพร้อมกันได้

โดย ทีม หรือบริษัท ใด สนใจ สามารถลงทะเบียน เพื่อขอรับ key สำหรับการลงทะเบียนใช้งาน ได้ฟรี มีจำนวนจำกัด

Updates and Improvements:

Task Board / Project Permissions
- Updated access permissions for the Animatic Link, Presentation Link, and Pitch File Link sections.
- All team members within the project are now able to view, edit, and add information.
- Previously, only Super Admin and Admin roles were able to access and modify these sections.

Storyboard / Shot Planning Revision Flow
- Fixed an issue where users were unable to edit, approve, or continue the workflow after a revision request was made without Supervisor approval.
- Updated revision permission handling:
- If no specific editor is assigned, only users with the Project Manager role or higher-level permissions are allowed to edit.
- Resolved an issue where the system remained permanently in the “Need Change” status after a revision request.

Duplicate Task Card Function
- Added a new “Duplicate Task Card” feature.
- When duplicating a task associated with an asset, the system will now prompt the user to choose between:
- Using the existing asset
- Creating a new asset

Asset Detail Image Upload
- Added image upload support in the Asset Detail section.
- Uploaded images will be automatically resized into smaller preview images for display purposes.
- Added an additional field for storing the original high-resolution image URL or file path.

Storyboard Panel Thumbnail Upload
- Added thumbnail upload functionality for Storyboard Panels.
- Uploaded thumbnails will be automatically resized into smaller preview images for display purposes.
- Added an additional field for storing the original high-resolution image URL or file path.
- Assign To Filter in Storyboard / Shot Planning
- Updated the “Assign To” selection field during Storyboard / Shot Planning creation.
- The system will now display only users who are members of the current project team.
