THE HARDEST BATTLE IS OFTEN THE ONE NO ONE SEES.

Not everyone who smiles is actually happy.

Some people laugh even when they're hurting.
Some keep showing up even when they're tired.
Some lift others up while dealing with their own stuff in silence.

Be kind. Your words might mean a lot to someone who's barely hanging on.
