NEW FaNEA RULES FOR 2026

As part of the new reforms for this year’s FaNEA Awards, approximately 70% of the award categories will no longer require public voting.

These categories will be evaluated and determined by professional and independent juries, made up of qualified industry professionals with the relevant expertise to assess each category fairly and objectively.

The new system will also apply to the additional District Categories, ensuring that nominees are evaluated based on merit, professionalism, performance, impact, and overall contribution to the entertainment industry.

The introduction of professional jury voting is aimed at making FaNEA more credible, transparent, competitive, and industry-driven, while reducing the overdependence on public voting and giving greater recognition to excellence and professional achievement.
