*A cross section of Kenema djs volunteered and generously donate their valuable skills and time in supporting Sierra Leone Music and Entertainment to the pick, and that is rarely essential to our success against minimizing foreign plays in the city. The Union or bran, which is tagged "Salone Music Matters" it's the first of its kind, will serve as an selective body for djs in Kenema and secure a complete association of its' djs for their mutual protection and aim at playing 99.9% salone songs and nothing absolutely to advance members knowledge of the bran.*
*From playing all Sierra Leonean music from around the world at their verious radio stations, entertainment centers and night clubs across the city, and to taking Sierra Leone music and art programs to leading entertainment spot, area, bar, pub, ghetto and club through their playing exhibitions. There are numerous djs volunteers who are bold to play, showcase, inspire, and share the unique parts of our country salone music which they've been yarning for quite a long time.*
*Since the announcement of the union or bran, many industry personalities including fans and some bloggers have welcomed and endorsed the initiative which is spreheaded by the scratch master of vote fm. who's also known as the salone music play maker of the east.*
