For CEO's and senior managers:
A unique opportunity to learn and be mentored by the visionary leader of a big company on how to adopt a modern management approach based on self-organization and freedom, to achieve unparalleled employee engagement, creativity & growth - in an environment that is ever more complex and ambiguous.
If you have an inkling that that the “old school” management is on it’s way out, you will get all your questions answered, and you will get all the tools and the support you need to create a gentle but radical shift in your company towards engagement, creativity and innovation.

Here is an opportunity (with little backstory):

One of my clients, the CEO of a regional branch of a big multinational has taken his company pretty far on the journey into the new paradigm of organisational development: freedom based / self-organized / next stage / teal.

No mean feat given the region (Eastern Europe), the industry (retail), the size of his company (17000 people) and the very conservative organisational culture that he inherited only a few years back. He now wants to give back to the field, so we will host together a workshop to support other leaders who want to do the same (but haven't quite worked through their fears & questions).

A big part of this workshop will be his individual&group mentoring of the participants. Another pillar will be the "how to" actually do this work. The mentoring relationship, if needed will continue after the workshop.

This offer is directed towards CEO's and their shareholders/owners primarily.

I found the perfect description of bureaucracy, and administrative controls in dr. Seuss:

"Oh, the jobs people work at!
Out west near Hawtch-Hawtch
there’s a Hawtch-Hawtcher Bee-Watcher.
His job is to watch…
is to keep both his eyes on the lazy town bee.
A bee that is watched will work harder, you see.

Well… he watched and he watched.
But, in spite of his watch,
that bee didn’t work any harder. Not mawtch.

So then somebody said,
“Our old bee-watching man
just isn’t bee-watching as hard as he can.
He ought to be watched by another Hawtch-Hawtcher!
The thing that we need
is a Bee-Watcher-Watcher!”

Well…

The Bee-Watcher-Watcher watched the Bee-Watcher.
He didn’t watch well. So another Hawtch-Hawtcher
had to come in as a Watch-Watcher-Watcher!
And today all the Hawtchers who live in Hawtch-Hawtch
are watching on Watch-Watcher-Watchering-Watch,
Watch-Watching the Watcher who’s watching that bee.
You’re not a Hawtch-Watcher. You’re lucky, you see!”
