The evolution of the psyche is not about how high you fly. It is about learning to handle fear.
About forgiveness, courage, and the ability to recognize and name your own feelings.
It is like a tree growing…slowly, in rings… a little more each year.
I bow to this session. Im always so thankful for connecting through my personal designs with the client and I cant imagine better person for this one.

EVOLÚCIA NIE JE ÚNIK.
Evolúcia psyché nie je o tom, ako vysoko lietaš. Je o učení sa zvládať strach.
O odpúšťaní, odvahe a schopnosti rozpoznať a pomenovať vlastné pocity.
Je to ako keď rastie strom… pomaly, v kruhoch… každý rok o trochu viac.
Vďaka za toto stretnutie. Vždy som nesmierne vďačná za prepojenie s klientom cez moje osobné návrhy a neviem si predstaviť lepšieho človeka pre tento motív.

Výška bez zeme je ako duch bez tela.
Hĺbka bez vízie je blúdenie.

Sova vidí z výšky. Má odstup. Nadhľad. Ticho, v ktorom sa rodí pochopenie.
Had cíti zem. Vníma vibrácie reality. Je blízko koreňom, inštinktu, prežitiu.
Jedno bez druhého však nie je celkom funkčné.

Ak lietame príliš vysoko, môžeme stratiť kontakt so skutočnosťou.
Ak sa držíme iba pri zemi, môžeme zabudnúť, že existuje aj širší obraz.

Sova nás učí pozerať sa ďalej.
Had nás učí zostať pravdiví. A práve v bode, kde sa výška stretne s hĺbkou, vzniká celistvosť.

Height without ground is like a spirit without a body.
Depth without vision is wandering.

✺
The owl sees from above. It has distance. Perspective. Silence in which understanding is born.
The snake feels the earth. It senses the vibrations of reality. It stays close to the roots, to instinct, to survival.

Yet one without the other is not fully functional.

If we fly too high, we may lose contact with reality.
If we remain only close to the ground, we may forget that a wider picture exists.
The owl teaches us to look further.
The snake teaches us to remain truthful.

And it is precisely at the point where height meets depth that wholeness is born.

Hĺbka bez vízie je blúdenie.

…ako by moja babka povedala: „Pán Boh zaplať.“

Vo väčšine prípadov by sa to malo diať…tá evolúcia psyché. No stále žijeme vo fyzickom svete plnom fyzických vecí, ktorými sa tak radi obklopujeme. Včera ma pred spaním chytila myšlienka, ktorú som musela rozvinúť a zapísať, nič nové ale hodné pripomenutia….

Nedokážeš skutočne prežiť plnosť zážitku z nejakej veci. Stále tam bude niečo chýbať… akási celistvosť.

Zážitok z vnútorného prežívania je oveľa skutočnejší a plnší. Všetko hmotné je len polovičné uspokojenie…
akoby levitovalo a my sme pomedzi to uspokojenie len prechádzali, no nikdy ho nedokázali uchopiť naplno.
Ako keď sa snažíš chytiť vodu.

A tak to naše nežné, krásne a láskavé Psyché zostáva menej akceptované než fyzická evolúcia.
Telo, telo, telo…
Sme prehnane stelesnení – a napokon z toho aj zatemnení.

Mojím narodeninovým želaním by bolo, aby sa udiala kolektívna akceptácia evolúcie vedomia aspoň na takej úrovni, na akej oslavujeme fyzické telo…

A pritom je to také krásne…
Predstav si, že v tebe žije malá neviditeľná bytosť.
Nie telo.
Nie myšlienky.
Ale niečo, čo cíti, sníva, bojí sa a učí sa.

Alebo si predstav húsenicu. Konzumuje listy a rastie.
Potom sa zavrie do kukly. Navonok to vyzerá, akoby sa nič nedialo. Ale vnútri prebieha obrovská premena.
Odrazu vyletí motýľ. Nikto ho neučí lietať. Prichádza na to postupne.

Evolúcia Psyché je presne toto. Nie je to o výške letu. Je to o učení sa zvládať strach.
O odpúšťaní, odvahe, schopnosti rozoznať a pomenovať vlastné pocity.
Je to ako keď rastie strom, pomaly, po kruhoch,…. každý rok o trochu viac.
