Program Back to the Roots is for all active speakers, presenters, singers, pedagogical workers that are overwhelming their voice at work , but dependent on their voice. The symptoms that we want to fix, or even better - avoide are hoarseness, loss of voice, changing voice, tiredness after longer speech, (too) often coughing during speaking, breaking of voice, shortness of breath while talking, compressed voice, scratching in the throat. And of course, Back to the Roots is also for all those who would like to get in touch with your essence, your primary selves. Using the technique of proper breathing and vocal vibration will stimulate your mind, strengthen your body and keep you connected with your mind and your core.
