✨2 sold-out nights of Pixar magic, presented by Willow Arts and Disney Concerts!

Led by Maestro Joshua Tan and set against scenes from the films, it was a walk down Memory Lanes as we performed Pixar soundtracks from the very first Toy Story to well-loved classics like Cars and Ratatouille. It was heartwarming to see audiences of all ages, from those who grew up with Married Life to the little Bundles of Joy, immersed in the music that brings these stories to life.

To top it all off, we ended with an encore of Randy Newman’s You’ve Got a Friend in Me 🤠 — a timeless tune of friendship and camaraderie. It truly was an Incredible, Up-lifting experience, Inside Out. 😉

What a night at the Esplanade Concert Hall! 🌒

We were very happy to have our long-time friend and collaborator Qin Li-Wei () who gave a gripping performance of Shostakovich’s Cello Concerto No. 1 and treated us to an encore of Sarabande from J.S. Bach’s Cello Suite No. 3.

We also had the honour of Maestro Alexandre Bloch () leading the orchestra to bring Mahler’s Symphony No. 7 to life. From the beginning scene of rowing across a lake, to the triumphant sunlight of the finale, it was an epic musical journey.
