Most of the times, we have to make choices in life and the choices that we make can be a good or a bad choice. Hence, it is relatively important for us to think it though first before coming to any decisions, especially those very important decisions as our decisions in life may lead us to regretting in the future. Though making wise choices or decisions is not that straightforward, but let us all still try to continue and make wise decisions in our lives, so as to avoid regrets in the future! :) Jia you, everyone! :) 💪🏻

Help Us Bring Art Therapy to Those Who Need It 💕

Not everyone who needs support can afford therapy or even leave home to seek it.

Your donation helps Soul HeARTful provide individual and home-based art therapy to children, youth, persons with disabilities, disadvantaged families, and individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

🎨 $15 contributes towards art materials.
❤️ $150 supports one home-based individual art therapy session, with 100% going to our art therapist and material fees.

Every contribution helps us reach someone who might otherwise go without.
Sometimes they cannot come to us. Help us go to them. ❤️

🎨 “Hey, I Can Do This Too!”

For S, creating sand art is more than an art activity. It offers her a calming space to slow down and emotionally regulate, especially on days when she feels overwhelmed by the demands of her daily medication routine and persistent fatigue.

With every completed artwork comes a little reminder: “I can do this too.” ❤️
S proudly displays her creations on her bedroom wall, each piece becoming a reminder of what she is capable of achieving.

Sometimes, creating something with our own hands can help us rediscover a little confidence in ourselves. 🌷

Sometimes, in life, we will need to let go of the things that are already in the past and we will need to not brood about it anymore as whatever is in the past are gone for good and we are unable to change anything or retrieve anything back too. Hence, it is relatively important that we keep going on and move forward in life and accept the things that we could change at the present moment! :) Though it's not easy, but let us continue to not give up, keep persevering on, keep believing in ourselves, etc and we can do it! :) Jia you, everyone! :) 💪🏻
