Family is the most important pillar of our lives. They are the ones who show us what love is. No matter where we are and where we go, this love will always protect us and bind us together.

Sisters are an important part of our lives. Today, I would like to dedicate this post to one who has been a wonderful part of mine. It has been a beautiful journey witnessing her grow from a student to working adult, and from a wife to mother-to-be. Wishing her the best as she starts a new, exciting journey abroad today. 🍀

“Sister” is a common term for some of us. They may be someone in the immediate family, or a close friend and the depth of our relationship with each varies. There are those we call by means of address. There are those whom we care about, though it may not be a very close emotional connection.

A 7-year old Vietnamese girl loves one of my posts on A Little Forest. She's learning the English language. So she did what she knew best - write and draw. She wrote what she saw on the post and illustrated the characters on paper. Beautiful handwriting and clever improvisations in her illustrations. Thank you for your artwork, Khanh Huyen!

Some countries dedicate a day to honour and thank doctors for their contributions to healthcare. 30 March is National Doctors' Day in the U.S.A. and other countries may celebrate it on a different date. Nonetheless, any day is a good day to thank doctor(s) who have shown love, sacrifice, bravery and courage in your journey. Thought of someone, or a few? :)
