This is our price list for servicing :

• For normal washing and servicing :
1 unit $40 per unit
2 unit and above $30 per unit
• Chemical wash and servicing : $50 per unit
• Bacterial steam cleaning : $60 per unit
• Semi overhaul with chemical and steam cleaning : $100 per unit
• Semi overhaul :
$ 80 per unit ( 9000btu - 12000btu)
$120 per unit (18000btu - 24000btu)
• Full overhaul :
$130 per unit ( 9000btu - 12000btu)
$180 per unit (18000btu - 24000btu)
• Compressor unit service : $80 per unit
• Drainage pipe flushing : $50
• Top up R22 gas : $65
• Top up R410a gas : $135

* Gas top up after 6pm additional $15 dollars.

For checking only , there will be a $50 charge , but it will be waived off once u take up the repair service. After checking , my man will reccomend u what service need to be done to solve the problem . If u take up the repair service , then u only have to pay for the repair fee.
