A Light in Dark Times...
2020 was probably our most difficult year... Covid wreaked havoc in many industries, including the Arts. The closure of theatres, halting of arts excursions and arts experiences was a necessary step to keep everyone safe. We are glad to have been able to play our part. This came at a cost... We had to lean up and thin down operations, making the difficult decision to give up our physical workshop space. Just when we most needed a light at the end of the tunnel, a beacon of hope appeared! Storhub Self Storage. Through its CSR initiative, Storhub Self Storage stepped up big time and offered Players Theatre & Players Workshop a home. A dependable, reliable, secure storage facility to house all the things needed to make theatre magic happen. This gesture was a light in dark times. And for this, we say "Thank You!" from the bottom of our hearts.

We are pleased to share this happy thing...
Carina has been spotlighted in the Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay 2019/2020 Annual Report!

We feel encouraged to have this outstanding Singaporean establishment find her work worthy of feature. We feel blessed to have had the opportunity to share our work with audiences. We feel inspired to continue to create and tell the stories we believe are important.

This year has been hard. Very hard.
But we are fighters and will keep fighting.
Look out for upcoming projects...
