Goldfish symbolises good luck and abundance.

When I left corporate life to venture out, I didn’t send a card — I folded these in Japanese yuzen paper for my ex-bosses, wishing them success too.

Some thank-yous take a different form.

Not every interesting paper gets folded.

Sometimes it just needs to be seen.

This bicycle yuzen paper caught my eye in Tokyo — the kind you buy without knowing what it’ll become yet.

Does this piece of yuzen print resonate with you?

Origami art made personal.

These four pieces were created as Teachers’ Day gifts — each one designed around the recipient.

Stars. Musical score. Swim float.

Same craft, different narrative.

Do you have someone in mind?

Every piece starts with a concept, not a paper.

Six socks. Six chiyogami patterns. One palette — navy, a deliberate choice.

The folding is easy. Nailing the concept isn’t.

Each piece has a story. What would yours look like?
