Stockholm Flow

Stockholm Flow is a non-profit organization with the aim to promote physical activity in the form of (but not limited to) different flow arts such as poi, staffs, juggling, hooping and whatever else you - the community - feel like doing. Our goal is to grow, inspire, meet new people, learn from each other and evolve. We believe in kindness, respect, encouragement and that everyone should have the opportunity to try flow arts. When it's not too cold outside we meet up, practice, spin fire, have a laugh and a good time. INDOOR PRACTICE & MEMBERSHIP:
We have indoor practice during fall, winter and spring during most Saturdays - please see the separate events found on our page for the exact dates as we are sometimes closed due to school holidays. First time is free, after that you either become a member or pay a small drop-in fee. We recommend becoming a fully fledged Stockholm Flow member to get unlimited access to workshops in many different disciplines (different flow props, acrobatics, dance, performances etc) and all the practice sessions (1 time a week). To pay the drop-in fee (75 SEK):

FIRE SPINNING:
Every spinner must comply with our fire safety protocol regardless of their individual experience or previous manner of conduct. Fire safety is taken very seriously at the fire spinning events created by the Sthlm Flow organizers. But let's do our best not to. Please read our fire safety document (currently only in Swedish, english version coming soon)
