Bob Vylan

We have decided to take legal action against the BBC. In the immediate aftermath of our performance at Glastonbury 2025, The BBC wasted no time in placing labels upon us that did not, do not and never will fit.

As a corporation that receives the majority of its funding from the public, it has disappointingly continued to prove how little it represents the interests of the people and our access to unbiased news and information.

The BBC have attempted to silence those that oppose the heinous crimes taking place in Palestine, instead labelling them as anti-semitic, editing their speeches, removing their content and even blocking the release of documentaries that challenge the desired narrative of The BBC and it’s top brass.

These responses are unacceptable. So seeing the opportunity to remind them the power of the people that they are attempting to silence, we had no choice but to take on this fight. In fact, we take great pleasure in serving them that reminder in court.

Free Palestine and Justice for the Filton 25.

Smiling, shining and top of the league!🏆
Nearly a year after that fateful day and we are still fighting for our right to perform and share our art with people across the country. Last night we played and it was smiles, and positive energy, pointing towards positive action and moving towards positive change, because no matter what the establishment would like you to believe, that is what Bob Vylan has always been about, and that is what we continue to push for every time we step onto a stage.

What we have lost in peace and security, we have gained tenfold in spirit and camradaerie. And that is unbreakable.

Much love to for welcoming us into the Parliament building today. We have been shunned by lots of politicians at home but welcomed by many in Ireland who share our passion for equal rights, freedom for all and liberation for the Palestinian people✊🏾

A couple of weeks back Manchester Evening News ran a defamatory story about me. Taking something that is rooted in mindfulness, peace and connection and associating it with hate is disgusting. I will not sit passively while the media attempt to tarnish mine or the bands name. I will take every action available to me to make sure lazy, biased and baseless journalism is held to account. This is just the beginning!
