Memories from Warsaw, Poland 1985. We played a huge outdoor show there that televised, and as far as we know there were around 80.000 in the audience. It was a fun trip to say the least. Pictured here with some peeps from the publishers, record companies, promoters and members of our buddies in the band Treat!

Here's a photo from September 1985.
Swedish outfits Treat and 220 Volt were playing at the 'Farewell to Summer' festival in Warsaw (Poland).
This was at the 10th-Anniversary Stadium (Stadion Dziesięciolecia) in front of 80000 people.
Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark were the headliners and 220 Volt and Treat the support.
The whole thing was broadcast live on Polish State TV :-)
It was again a crazy fun weekend and somewhere in storage there are many fun photos.
Here is one photo taken either on the way to or on the way back.
I don't know who took the photo, maybe the bus driver.
I have forgotten some names, sorry:
Kenta, Mats, ??, ??, Jocke, Robban, ??; Leffe, Petta, ??, Micke, Lillen, George, Peo, Anders, Peter and the dude with the purple boots is me :-)
And yes, those are the purple boots which were filmed by the Autograph film crew later that year :-)

A shot from the recording of the 1985 ”Give a Helping Hand” a charity project. A lot of Swedish hardrockers turned up to give a helping hand or more a helping voice. This was a lot of fun, as was the party afterwards at the Hard Rock Café 😊

Perra Johansson who’s been our drummer for the last shows will be stepping in as the new drummer for 220 Volt. We’re happy that he’s accepted to join, it’s been a very smooth ride both on and off stage, so now we’re heading for the future with the new line-up! Welcome Perra! 🤘🏼

Peter Hermansson will be singing backing vocals on gigs when possible.
See you all in Örebro on the 5th of Aprl.

More news on the new album (which is very close to be finished) will come after Easter.
