Small girls, big progress! 👏🩰
As a teacher, the biggest reward you get is seeing the progress in each and every child you teach.
In this picture, the result is very: a specific stretch we have worked up to, but progress for a child in class can take many various forms: it can be that child who is inherently shy but finally warms up to share their thoughts with a group of other children or dances freely with pure joy, or the one who struggles motorically, but blossoms when she finally learns to balance on one leg!
Teaching children is; to me, all about seeing each and every child and focusing on their capabilities whilst always "pushing" them to learn more. All this with the aim of sharing my inherent love of the beautiful artform that classical ballet is! This is why I belive in small classes, high student teacher ratio and engaged teachers.
All to bring the love of classical ballet to the next generation!
